Reports have emerged that Portugal striker, Cristiano Ronaldo is ready to take a big pay cut to return to La Liga giant, Real Madrid.
According to Diario AS the 37-year-old is keen to play once again for the La Liga team after his contract was terminated by Premier League club, Manchester United.
Ronaldo was on the books of Real Madrid from 2009 to 2018 and he became their record goalscorer after netting 451 goals in 438 appearances in all competitions.

The Portugal captain who is now a free agent after Manchester United terminated his £500,000-a-week contract is currently on international duty in Qatar.
With Ronaldo eager to play in the Champions League, he is now eyeing a return to Madrid and would be willing to take a big pay cut if Los Blancos accepted to take him on a six-month deal.
However, the report further claimed the Spanish giants are not considering re-signing the five-time Ballon d’Or and his return is seen as “impossible”.
