Lagos-based top realtor, Dennis Isong, has bagged the prestigious excellence award as the Innovative and Reliable Realtor of the Year at the recently concluded Real Estate Conference and Recognition Award (RECRA 2023).
The award powered by the Prestige Real Estate had this year’s theme as ‘Real Estate Market: Prospects In The Midst Of Challenges’ and was held at the Civic Centre, Ozumba Mbadiwe Road, Victoria Island, Lagos State on Sunday, May 14, 2023.
Chaired by builder Dr Abdulhakeem Odegade, the event also honoured Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State, with the award as Best Governor in Infrastructure and Housing Development on the merit of overseeing the growth in infrastructural development and the birthing of new opportunities and economic empowerment in the state.

Other recipients include topmost Lagos-based real estate company, Dukiya Investments, as the Most Innovative and Enterprising Firm; Adron Homes and Properties Limited, Greenspring Facilities and Management Services Limited, Dr. D. K. Olukoya (General Overseer, Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries, MFM), Highbridge Homes Limited, Bldr. Dr. Abdul Hakeem Odegade (Managing Director/CEO, Akmodel Homes and Properties Limited), Green Pasture Dynamic Land and Homes, Green Atlas Limited, Pelican Valley Estates Nigeria Limited, Spacemark Vision Resources Limited, Timothy Anietie (Managing Director/CEO, and Marketing LabHQ Limited).
Real Estate Conference and Recognition Award was instituted to celebrate, recognise outstanding, exceptional individuals, corporate organisations, who have made tremendous contributions to the growth and development of the Nigerian real estate industry.
RECRA was also instituted to recognise and appreciate deserving individuals, corporate entities and professional institutions that have made remarkable impact in real estate and property sectors.
According to the CEO, Prestige Media Group, Wale Abiodun, the awards are dedicated to extolling the virtues of hard work, ingenuity, integrity and uncommon achievement in service delivery. All the bases used to select the awardee of each category were all ticked and extensively merited by them.

Reacting to the award, Isong said he knows his onions and has worked hard to be an achiever, adding that he is a person of great value and someone to reckon with in realtor business in Nigeria.
According to him, “This is a true validity that people are aware of what I am doing in real estate. And I will never stop.”
Isong said he has worked with so many Nigerians in diaspora to the extent that, gradually, the sour tale of buying a property in Nigeria is becoming a thing of the past. “I will soon release a book that will provide valuable insights and expand your knowledge of real estate in Nigeria, with a particular focus on Lagos,” he noted.
