Rashford hails Yamal, says Barca star is pulling above his weight at 17

Rashford also asserted that every football star in the world wants to play with Yamal, who he described as the “best”.

Newly signed Barcelona striker, Marcus Rashford, has praised his new teammate, Lamine Yamal, saying he is doing things that surpasses his age.

The Englishman, who was officially unveiled by the LaLiga giants on Wednesday made this known recently while speaking with Spanish YouTuber, xBuyer in Marbella.

According to him, it is difficult to put into words what Yamal is doing at his age, saying “he’s not supposed to be doing that at 16, 17 years old.”

Rashford, who will team up with Yamal in the Barcelona team for the upcoming campaign, recalled that he made his debut at 18 years old and expressed surprise that Yamal “is playing at 17 at the highest level.”

He added that he is looking forward to sharing the dressing room and the pitch with the Spanish forward.

He also asserted that every football star in the world wants to play with Yamal, who he described as the best.
