This was made known while the Chief Executive Officer of the company, Mrs Folake Soetan while unveiling the platform yesterday in Ikeja.
According to her, the solution provides the opportunity for customers using prepaid meter to way in on issues such as vending pattern and consumption history.
They can also make energy payment, check energy consumption and balance. Apart from these functions, they can also view their account number, account status, tariff class and rates, finally, they can lodge service enquires, requests or complaints.
