Peter Okoye begs Nigerians to help reassure his wife

Peter Okoye after his plea, elicited mixed reactions from his fans with a lot of them suggesting he must have been caught cheating on his wife

Peter Okoye, one of the duo of popular musical band, P-Square has sent tongues wagging on social media after urging his fans and other netizens to help assure his wife, Lola Omotayo, of his love for her.

The singer, who recently reconciled with his twin brother, Paul Okoye, after six years of messy feud took to his Twitter handle around 2:45 am on Sunday to make the demand.

In the now-viral post, Peter Okoye asks his fans and followers to help reach out to his wife and let her know he is still in love with her and tagged her.   

He tweeted, “Somebody please tell my wife I love her so soo much😘🥰😻😍

@LolaOmotayo2011,”

After the post made the rounds on social media, his fans and other netizens trooped to the comment section to air their views. 

While some assured the ace singer that they would do his bidding, others suggested he must have asked for such favour because he was caught cheating by his wife.   

A tweep identified as cuisine_by_hg wrote, “What have you done. Tell us first, so we know if we would tell her or we would wipe your cord”

Another netizen, _the_real_kate said,  “What’s holding you to tell her yourself”

Thonythonia added, “This one don go cheat again. I don hear you”

Another internet user, hds4622 tweeted, “Guess you just finished cheating on her okay naw, mama bro love you too”

While verygudbadgul2112 wrote, “Some men that display such public affection for their partners are cheating low key. Don’t ask me how but quote me anywhere”
