There is anxiety in Ondo State as Appeal Court judges begin ruling on the election case between Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu (SAN) and Eyitayo Jegede (SAN).
Jegede of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) had approached the appeal court after the election tribunal dismissed his case on lack for lack of.
The court will also rule on the cross-appeal case brought before it by the State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu; his deputy, Lucky Aiyedatiwa; APC and INEC.
