Popular TikToker and streamer Habeeb Hamzat, better known as Peller, has been granted bail by a Lagos State Magistrates’ Court following his arraignment after an alleged confrontation with police officers.
The 21-year-old content creator was granted a ₦500,000 bail on Tuesday after spending four days in police detention.
Peller was arrested and detained on Friday after a confrontation with police officers along the Coastal Road in Lekki, Lagos State.

He was later transferred to the Ikeja Police Station and arraigned on Tuesday alongside one Bello Oladipo on three counts of resisting police officers and breaching the public peace.
The charges include obstruction of police officers in the discharge of their duties, conduct likely to cause a breach of the public peace, and conspiracy to commit a felony.
Following his arraignment and that of his friend in court, the Magistrate set identical bail conditions for both men, each requiring two sureties.
The sureties are expected to be blood relatives and must present valid tax clearance certificates covering the past two financial years.
