Independent Communications Network Limited, ICNL, publishers of PM News will on Monday July 6, suspend the print publication of the front-line evening newspaper in Nigeria.
TheNiche gathered that ICNL will suspend the print production of the evening newspaper on Monday, 6 July, 2015. The paper will now become a fully online newspaper.
It was gathered that the decision was taken after series of meetings between the management, managers, editors and staff of the company.
PM News, which was established in 1994 has been bogged by dwindling sales and financial constraint for years.
It would be recalled that ICNL, that published Tempo, a weekly magazine, Tempo Football, another weekly football magazine and AM News, a national daily, suspended all the titles some years back.
The company also suspended its national sports newspaper, AM Sports in January 2012, barely four months after it was established in August 2011.
