Osimhen and Icardi were in action as Galatasaray beat Swedish club, Elfsborg 4-3 in a UEFA Europa League clash on Wednesday night

Galatasaray forward, Victor Osimhen has boasted that it will be difficult for any opposition’s defence to stop him and fellow striker, Mario Icardi, whenever they play together.
The Nigeria international has been playing upfront alongside the Italian since his arrival on loan from Serie A club, Napoli in the summer.
On Wednesday night, the duo were in action when Turkish club, Galatasaray defeated visiting Swedish outfit, Elfsborg 4-3 in an UEFA Europa League clash.

Icardi got the first goal of the encounter in the 28th minute, while Osimhen also put up a good display during the Europa game.
Speaking after the match the 23-year-old Nigerian admitted that it is exciting to play alongside Icardi.
“When we play together, no one can stand against us. It’s exciting to play with Icardi. He almost gave me an assist, and he’s a great player,” Osimhen was quoted by Turkish news outlet, Fanatik.
”Playing with him is extraordinary, and I think no defense will be able to stop us when we’re on the pitch together.”
