The people of Okeagbe Akoko in Akoko North West Local Government Area of Ondo state have vowed support to the re-election of Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu for second term in office.
The chairman for Ward 3, comprising Afa, Aje, Ido communities in Okeagbe, Banji Shaba, at a meeting yesterday said that they were very ready to move en masse with Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu and Hon. Lucky Aiyedatiwa.
According to him, they will go all out to vote Akeredolu on October 10 governorship election.
“Let me also advise our old men and women to please seek for help if it happens they cannot see clearly where APC is in the ballot paper. This is because we don’t want a void vote or wrong vote for another party,” he said.
In his address, a chieftain of the party, Evangelist Olumuyiwa Asagunla, commended the efforts of the people of ward 3 for their great work done so far in ensuring that Governor Akeredolu is re-elected for second term.
“I want to also commend the people of Okeagbe Akoko for been violent-free despite all what other parties are doing,” he stressed.
He, therefore, pleaded with them to keep up the firing line to achieve the aim 4+4 and advised the youths not to engage themselves in any form of violence because AketiDatiwa victory is sure because of the infrastructure developmental projects of Governor Akeredolu would surely speak for him.
