Barcelona midfielder, Dani Olmo has told Inter Milan’s players and crew, that he and his teammates are prepared to face them at San Siro, when both sides clash in the UEFA Champions League semi-final second leg tie on Tuesday night.

The Spain international made this known on Monday during his pre-match press conference.

According to Olmo, Barcelona have won difficult matches at Santiago Bernabeu, the home of their arch-rivals, Real Madrid in the past.

He went on to say they have also won matches at difficult venues such as Metropolitan and Signal Iduna Park, adding that they are motivated whenever they face Italian opposition.

Speaking during the interview, he said “It’s six years since Barça were in the semi-finals and 10 since we made it to the final. We are excited and ready.

“It’s clear that home advantage is important, but we have played in places like the Metropolitano, the Bernabéu and Signal Iduna Park and won or gone through.

“It’s not something that worries us, it’s a motivation.”

The Champions League semi-final first leg tie between both teams ended in a 3-3 draw last week at Camp Nou.
