Former Nigeria international and ex-Super Eagles head coach, Sunday Oliseh has advised Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen to part ways with the Serie A champions.

TheNiche had earlier reported that the Nigerian frontman frowned at a social media post shared on Tuesday, September 26, by his club, Napoli and threatened to sue the club.

This was after the Italian outfit posted a TikTok video that appeared to have mocked him after he missed a penalty during the club’s 0-0 draw with Bologna last weekend.

His agent, Roberto Calenda, after the clip made the rounds on social media slammed the Serie A champions for the now-deleted post.

Calenda said: “What happened today on Napoli’s official profile on the TikTok platform is not acceptable. A video mocking Victor was first made public and then, but now belatedly, deleted.

“A serious fact that causes very serious damage to the player and adds to the treatment that the boy is suffering in the last period between media trials and fake news. We reserve the right to take legal action and any useful initiative to protect Victor”

After the threat, the 24-year-old forward also deleted all of Napoli’s pictures and videos from his social media handles.

He also snubbed a number of his teammates on his arrival at the team hotel ahead of Napoli’s Serie A clash with Udinese on Wednesday.

Reacting to the treatment of his compatriot via his X handle (formerly Twitter) Super Eagles legend, Oliseh, who once played in Serie A for Juventus tweeted: ”Forever proud to be Nigerian; One must show personality, work hard & refuse to be intimidated. let Racists and ingrates talk! That’s why they are eternal losers who secretly wish they were created like you! Osimhen needs to leave Napoli as soon as yesterday!!.“

Osimhen has scored four goals in six league appearances for Rudi Garcia’s side this season.
