The four states that have emerged as semifinalists in the ongoing All Nigeria Secondary Schools Football Championship tagged “NNPC/Shell Cup” have been unveiled.
They are Rezheight High School, Benin, Edo State; Government Secondary School, Gwale. Kano State; Rochas Foundation College, Ogboko. Imo State and Government Day Secondary School, Kofar Yandaka. Katsina State.
The last quarter final match was played this morning between Government Day Secondary School, Kofar Yandaka, Katsina and Government Secondary School, Keffi, Nasarawa State. Katsina won 5:4 (Penalties) after a 0:0 Full time Score.
Meanwhile, all semifinalists are expected in Lagos this evening for preparation towards the grand –finale while the Coaching Clinic lined up to take place during the championship with Feyenoord Coaches begins on Tuesday morning.
National Coordinator of the championship, Shola Akinwale said all hands are on deck for a successful and befitting grand finale billed for Lagos.
