Jehovah-Nissi Ogulu, known professionally as Nissi, a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and sister of ace Afrobeats star, Burna Boy, has reacted to the alleged sack of their mother, Bose Ogulu, as his brother’s manager.
Her reaction follows a trending Instagram story shared by ChaftsAfrica alleging that Burna Boy announced his mother, Bose Ogulu, would no longer be his manager.

The viral post was followed up by another one shared by an X user identified as @Joyfultips, who wrote: “Just heard Burna Boy fired his mom, this whole thing is getting crazier.”
Responding to the speculations, Nissi, quoting @Joyfultips, described the report as false.

The rumor about Burna Boy’s mother emerged amid the singer’s recent drama involving low ticket sales in the United States.
The ‘Last Last’ crooner’s ‘No Sign of Weakness’ US tour was cancelled on Wednesday evening, with netizens alleging it was due to poor ticket sales.
Ticketmaster announced the last-minute cancellation on its website on Thursday but did not give a reason for the decision.
Also confirming the cancellation, Burna Boy, in a post on his Instagram story on Friday morning, shared a direct link from the ticketing website, showing that his two US concerts were indeed cancelled.
