Nigerian-born supermodel, Faith Morey backs Annie Idibia

Nigerian-born actress and supermodel, Faith Morey has defended the wife of ace musician, Annie Idibia after netizens criticised her for going public with her marital experience.

Annie, who is part of the celebrities on the Young, Famous, and African reality show, got vulnerable with some of her co-stars as she spoke on her marriage.

In a viral clip from the show which emerged on Friday, Annie stated that she met Tuface first, but her child is not his first, she also added that she faced so much embarrassment in her marriage.

She also revealed that her first child is Tuface’s 5th child even though she met him first before his other baby mamas.

She said, “When you meet someone and then you know them first. But when you wake up, two different people are having a baby for him,”

Since making the disclosure, she has faced a barrage of criticism from the online community, who felt she let out too much and should have kept her emotions in check.  

Reacting to the backlash faced by Annie after the clip went viral on Instagram, Faith Morey stated that most people who chastised her are acting like they have a perfect relationship.

The American-based actress asserted that a lot of people don’t know the circumstances surrounding Annie and Tuface’s relationship outside what they read on social media.  

She also added that people should let the actress be and quit judging her for speaking up. 

“Why are most people suddenly acting like they have a perfect relationship? you don’t know the circumstances surrounding Annie and 2face’s relationship asides from what they show you. don’t rip this woman apart with your criticisms and judgments except you have a perfect relationship” she wrote.
