Premier League club, Newcastle United, are exploring the possibility of bringing Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) forward, Neymar Jr to St James’ Park in the summer.
The Magpies look set to secure a top-four finish in the Premier League this season and the owners want to make a statement by making a marquee signing for next season.
There are reports that the club have had discussions about a potential move for Al-Nassr striker, Cristiano Ronaldo because they have a connection with him.

However, the 38-year-old Portuguese captain doesn’t fit Newcastle manager, Eddie Howe’s vision of building a team for the future.
The club’s board following the manager’s skepticism has decided to drop the idea as it doesn’t want to impose any player on Howe.
According to 90min, Neymar is the player being considered because he seems to fit into the team’s vision.
Apart from this, Neymar is also expected to succeed because he will have a contingent of Brazilian players such as Joelinton and Bruno Guimaraes at Newcastle to play with.
Meanwhile, PSG are reportedly ready to offload the 31-year-old in the summer. The club’s fans recently protested in front of Neymar’s home in Bougival, demanding his departure from the club.
