Newcastle United are currently fifth on the English Premier League (EPL) log table with 41 points from 23 games

AC Milan winger, Samuel Chukwueze, is currently being considered by English Premier League (EPL) club, Newcastle United to fill the vacuum left by one of their departed forwards.
According to TMW, The Magpies have identified the 25-year-old Nigerian as a replacement for Miguel Almiron.
Almiron recently moved to Major League Soccer (MLS) club, Atlanta United.
Due to this, Newcastle are expected to establish contact with Serie A outfit, AC Milan before the end of the week.

The English club will, however, face competition for Chukwueze with Spanish club, Real Sociedad, who have also shown interest in the player.
Real Sociedad reportedly made an approach to Milan last week.
Chukwueze joined AC Milan from Villarreal in 2023 and has since then scored twice in 18 league appearances for the Italian side this season.
Newcastle on the other hand, are currently 5th on the EPL table with 41 points from 23 games.
