Nedu speaks after quitting ‘Honest Bunch’ podcast, says ‘I don’t regret bringing Deeone’

Nollywood actor and popular media personality, Chinedu Ani, better known as Nedu has said he does not regret his decision to invite controversial comedian, Deeone to the ‘Honest Bunch‘ podcast.

The comedian’s recent appearance on the show sparked a heated debate after he made allegations about popular social media critic and influencer,  VeryDarkMan.

Reacting to the comedian’s comments, VeryDarkMan pointed accusing fingers at Nedu, insisting he masterminded the interview.

Following the backlash that greeted the highly controversial podcast show, Nedu resigned as one of the co-hosts of the podcast.

However, while speaking during a recent press briefing, the thespian said he does not regret his decision to invite Deeone, adding that everyone is entitled to their opinion.

“I didn’t regret bringing DeeOne to the Honest Bunch Podcast. Everyone is entitled to their opinion,” Nedu said.

He went on to highlight the positive impact the podcast has had on many people’s lives, stating that “the show has helped many people”
