Ned Nwoko in January 2023 took to his Instagram page to share Laila’s photo, as she celebrated her birthday, thereby sparking a reconciliation rumour.

Nigerian billionaire businessman and People’s Democratic Party chieftain, Ned Nwoko has caused a stir online after displaying pictures of his estranged Moroccan wife, Laila Charani and their kids on social media.
The politician, who is also married to famous Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels, in a post on his Instagram page, gushed over Laila and her kids.
Laila, who shares 3 kids with Ned Nwoko in October 2021 announced that she was separating from her husband.
She later returned to social media in 2022 to apologise to him and his family for leaving their marriage, only to delete all posts on her social media page later on.
However, her husband in January 2023 took to Instagram to share the mother of three’s photo, as she celebrated her birthday, thereby sparking a reconciliation rumour.
Ned wrote: “My dear Laila. As you know, I believe that we should celebrate life every day. As we wake up, we should be grateful to God for his mercies. I thank God for your life and wish you the very best today and always. On behalf of the family, I say welcome to a new age. We love you. @Mnslailacharani”.
A week after, the businessman once again took to social media to share other cute pictures of Laila and her children.
This time, he flooded his Instagram page with the pictures and added a caption that read: “My beautiful babies.”

After Ned’s latest post made the rounds online, Nigerians trooped to the comment section to join in on the conversation.
While many of those who commented expressed excitement over what appears to look like Ned’s reconciliation with Laila, others aimed digs at his other wife, Regina.
Ace singer, Tuface while reacting to the picture, pointed out the striking resemblance between Ned and his kids.
He wrote: “I see mini Prince ned for that side.”
An IG user, luckysing19 wrote: “Sir keep laila out off social media. She also should have closed her Instagram, to avoid all this bad comments. Regina should be there as she is actress but, protect laila.”
Another netizen, crooner5930 said: “Regina, u cannot replace Laila. Her kids r her kids..”
dianpretty24 added: “Campaign strategies .”
Another internet user, emiliaakpabot said: “You are finally doing right by your kids. Kudos.”
While divine_tinna wrote: “Thank you Oga for reuniting your family you will win this election in Jesus christ name Amen and Amen we love Laila and her beautiful kids.”
