This meal is desirable in this rainy season. Aside the sweet peppery meaty taste of the soup, it is also good for cold relief
Ingredients:
Goat meat
Onion (ground)
Dry pepper (ground)
Nutmeg (ground)
Scent leaf
Seasoning cubes
Water
Salt
Directions:
1.Wash the meat, already cut to desired size, thoroughly.
2. Season with onion, salt and teaspoon of pepper.
3. Steam till the water is almost dried up.
4. Add the water, stir and add the ground nutmeg, the remaining pepper and the seasoning cubes.
5. Cook till meat is tender and the stock is slightly thickened.
6. Wash and shred scent leaves. Add to the boiling sauce.
7. Stir and add salt to taste.
8. Simmer for about 10 more minutes.
9. Remove from heat and serve hot.
