Nollywood actress, Moyo Lawal has threatened to sue her ex-boyfriend for breach of privacy after her sex tape was leaked on the Internet on Saturday.
TheNiche had earlier reported that the thespian sent tongues wagging on social media after a video showing her in a compromising position in bed with an unknown man made the rounds.
However, Moyo initially seemed unperturbed as she ignored the video and continued to share items totally unrelated to it online.
The incident later generated different reactions from her fans, colleagues and other netizens.
Reacting to the leaked video in a public statement shared on her official Instagram page on Sunday evening, she emphasized that the video was not meant for the public.

She then threatened to take legal action for breach of her privacy.
Moyo wrote: “A private video of mine from a while ago has been inappropriately shared without consent, violating my trust and privacy.
“I want to emphasize that this video done with my ex was never for public consumption, its unauthorized distribution is a breach of personal boundaries.
“This criminal breach of privacy will definitely be treated with legal action.”
