The much-anticipated grand launch of the Monoliza Sport Centre is slated to take place on April 27, heralding a new era in Abuja’s recreational landscape. This announcement was made by Mohammed Jammal, the Managing Director of Monoliza Centre, in a statement released on Sunday.

The event, which promises to be a significant milestone in the capital city’s leisure and sports scene, will be graced by the presence of Vice-President Kashim Shettima and other high-ranking government officials.

Located strategically between Asokoro, Garki, and Central Area, the Monoliza Sport Centre is poised to become the epitome of excitement, attracting a diverse crowd of sports enthusiasts and fun-seekers from across the capital city.

Among the distinguished guests expected to attend are the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, who will serve as the Guest of Honour, and the Minister of Sports Development, Sen. John Enoh, who will be a special guest. Additionally, the Minister of Women Affairs, Uju Ohanenye, and the Minister of Youth, Dr. Jamila Ibrahim, will grace the occasion as special guests.

The Monoliza Sport Centre is meticulously designed to offer a family-friendly entertainment and recreational experience, catering to the diverse needs of the Abuja community. With state-of-the-art facilities including a sports arena, running track, swimming pool, multipurpose playground for basketball, volleyball, Padel Tennis, tennis courts, mini-golf court, horse riding, PaintBalling, Amusement Park, and a massive events center accommodating over 600 people, the centre aims to provide a holistic recreational experience for visitors of all ages and interests.
