Mo Bimpe, Toyin Abraham thank Sanwo-Olu after making Lagos top 100 women’s list

Nollywood actresses, Adebimpe Oyebade better known as Mo Bimpe and her colleague Toyin Abraham have been listed among the ‘Top 100 Women in Lagos State’.

The duo after receiving the award for being part of the women from various sectors of Lagos, who are making impacts and imprints in the state. took to their Instagram pages to share the good news on Wednesday.

The award which was given to honour women for breaking exploits and for empowering fellow women was held to commemorate international women’s day.

Taking to her Instagram page, Mo Bimpe thanked the Lagos State governor for deeming her worthy, before adding that she is excited because her work is being recognized. 

She wrote, “A big thank you to the Governor of Lagos State, His excellency @jidesanwoolufor this heartwarming recognition.

“Nothing excites me more than being recognized for what you do

“The Lagos government @lagosstategovt named me among the Eko 100 Women on International Women’s Day and I’m grateful beyond words.”

Mo Bimpe’s plaque

His husband and fellow celeb, Lateef Adedimeji while hailing his wife for the feat, took to the comment section of her post to tell her he is proud of her. 

“Congratulations my love, I am so proud of you, my baby. Keep making daddy proud,” he said.  

Similarly, ace actress, Toyin Abraham, who also made the list, took to her verified Instagram to display her plaque and thanked the governor too. 

She wrote, “Thank you sir; your excellency @jidesanwoolu and @lagosstategovt thanks for the recognition.”
