The Ministry of Youth and Sports holds a one- day Stakeholders’ Forum on the Guidelines draft for National Sports Federations Election on Thursday April 13, 2017.
The forum which takes place at the Media Centre, Package A, National Stadium Abuja will be presided over by the Minister of Youth and Sports Barrister Solomon Dalung.
Stakeholders will have the opportunity to preview, discuss and adopt the draft guidelines for the elections.
Invited stakeholders include all Directors in the Ministry of Youth and Sports, President and Secretary of the Nigeria Olympic Committee, Presidents and Secretaries of Federations, International Members of Federations, Chairman, Senate Committee on Youth and Sports, Chairman, House Committee on Sports, President, Secretary and Zonal representatives, Presidents, Secretaries of Nigerian Women in Sports (NAWIS) and Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Chairman and Directors of Sports, Representatives of Sponsors, Directors of institutional Sports; the Nigerian Army, Navy, Air Force, Civil Defence, Federal Road Safety Commission, Nigerian Customs, Nigerian Prison Service, Nigerian Police, Nigerian Immigration service and all Zonal Coordinators of the Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports.
