Microsoft Corporation will, for the third time, sponsor Demo Africa.
Demo Africa, one of the leading enterprises of Lions Africa, aims to connect African start-ups to the global ecosystem. It is the place where the most innovative companies from Africa get a platform to launch their products and announce to Africa and the world what they have developed.
This year’s edition, which is scheduled to hold from September 22 to 26 at Oriental Hotel, Lagos, will be sponsored in Platinum capacity by Microsoft. The company will participate in the event for the third time under the Microsoft 4Afrika initiative.
The sponsorship will see Microsoft offer financial support for the event where 40 tech-based start-ups from across Africa are expected to pitch with potential investors.
Demo Africa recently released the names of the final 40 start-ups that will launch on the Demo Africa stage where Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and Egypt will have the highest representation.
