As it is the norm in this year’s Big Brother Nigeria Season 6, housemates were treated to a night of fun and music at the “Jacuzzi Party ” held every Friday.
In their bikinis and shorts, they dance to music, drank variety of drinks and ate barbeque.
A mild drama, however, occured, after Big Brother decided to grant the wish of one of the housemates , Michael, who has been pleading with him to play at least one of his songs while in the house. On hearing the music , the mood of the 29-year-old changed and he became emotional.
Michael, who is an aspiring Rapper, is from Enugu State, but lives in United States of America. After hearing his song , he told his fellow housemates about it and they cheered him and danced along with him to the song. He however , began to cry thereafter, and two of his housemates , Peace and Tega , approached him to comfort him. Peace praised the composition of the song while Tega cracked jokes with him.
He, in turn, told them he missed his father and felt his presence right. Nonetheless , the housemates continued to comfort him in a bid to stop him from crying and encouraged him to continue having fun. They told him they viewed what happened as a thing of joy , which should make him to be proud.
They, however, started getting worried when he began to punch the wall.
Liquorose approached him to speak to him and calm him down, but when she saw that he was not going to stop , she called the Head of House , Jackie B, who doubled as his love interest in the house to go and calm him down.
Jackie B was initially skeptical, just like others who felt he could become violent and worried about him. She eventually went to him to calm him down , but rather than calm down, he went on punching the wall. Big Brother eventually saved the day when he called him into the Diary room.
Micheal has broken down to cry on numerous occasions in the house , but nobody has seen him this violent in the process. It is yet to be seen, if he will get a strike for breaking Big Brother’s house rule and damaging his property. While fans of the show awaits Big Brother’s verdict, they have taken to social media to express their views, with a lot of them saying his action was alchohol induced.
