MediaReach OMD has been picked as the Global Media Agency for the Year 2014 by Adweek magazine, the leading source of news for marketing, media, and advertising professionals.

The agency expressed delight at receiving the award for the second consecutive year and for the sixth time in the past 10 years, noting that it is easy to get such awards as a one-off but challenging to retain them.

 

“OMD has done it for the second time, the first instance being two consecutive years in 2008 and 2009,” it said in a statement.

 

The feat was made possible by its entry, Best in Class Work, put together to delight clients, with a strong performance-led framework of Insight, Ideas, Results.

“This work not only retains our existing clients but also attracts new business wins, the latest one being Heinz.”

 

MediaReach explained that innovation and thought leadership has, over the years, been its maxim with a platform like IdeaXchange, a weekly global webinar for its employees to bring talent across markets at par on various platforms like social, content.

 

MediaReach was the Most Awarded Global Media Network Cannes Lions 2011-2013, corroborated by the Gunn Report, which it has topped eight years in a row.
