Ipswich Town manager, Kieran McKenna, is set to stay with the newly promoted Premier League side after he reportedly snubbed Manchester United, Chelsea and Brighton.
According to Sky Sports, the 38-year-old Northern Ireland tactician will stay at Portman Road and sign a new contract despite offers from more established Premier League clubs.
McKenna after guiding Ipswich to a back-to-back EFL promotions, also ensured a first Premier League campaign at Portman Road after 22 years during the just concluded 2023/2024 season.
However, following the managerial vacancies at Old Trafford and Stamford Bridge, there were question marks about his future with the former Championship club.

Apart from this, he was also mentioned as a possible replacement for Roberto De Zerbi at Brighton after the Italian left the club.
However, Ipswich Town majority shareholder, Ed Schwartz, flew into the UK from the United States at the end of last week for talks with the club’s chief executive officer Mark Ashton and McKenna.
It is understood discussions were over a proposed new deal.
