The pair of Ocee and Ozumba Mbadiwe on Monday evening emerged as the first Head of House (HOH) of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) Season 9.
As expected, rather than picking the winner through the usual playing the HOH games, this time, the housemates voted for the pair they wanted to win the challenge.
After casting their votes, there was a tie between Mbadiwes and the pair of Davido and Michky aka Fairme, but the custodians, the aunty and niece picked the Mbadiwe Twins as the winner.

However, despite becoming the Head of House, the twins will not have immunity, meaning they don’t have the privilege of being saved from eviction.
Prior to the emergence of the HOH, the pair of Chinne and Nne, collectively known as NdiNne, on Sunday night won the first Custodian Challenge of this year’s BBNaija show.
But unlike the Mbadiwe twins, the pair earned the power to influence this week’s eviction nomination and also gained immunity from possible eviction.
The 9th season of BBNaija reality show kicked off on Sunday night with an exciting new dynamic which saw the contestants entering the house in pairs.
