A former chairman of the defunct Pension Reform Task Team (PRTT), Abdulrasheed Maina, could still not be produced in court despite the harsh stance taken by a judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Okon Abang, against his jumping bail.
Maina is facing trial for alleged N2 billion money laundering charge.
He was arraigned by the EFCC before Justice Abang, on October 25, 2019, alongside his son, Faisal; and firm, Common Input Property and Investment Ltd.

Justice Abang granted bail to Maina until a senator representing Borno South, Mohammed Ali Ndume, perfected the bail condition for him which ended his nine months tenancy in the Kuje prison.
On October 2, Maina could not be produced in court and the man who stood surety for him, said he did not know his where about.
Justice Abang then ordered Ndume to unfailingly produce Miana in court on Monday, October 5.
But on Monday, October 5, the court registrar announced that the court was indisposed, and that the trial would continue the next day.
However, at the resumed trial on Tuesday, October 6, when all the parties were in court, except Maina, Justice Abang was conspicuously absent.
The registrar, for the second time, announced that the court would not be sitting because Abang was on official engagement.
He said the case would be rescheduled for October 7.
But on October 7, Justice Abang was not in court.
