Take more water

This dry season in humans causes dehydration, which is not healthy for the body because it can cause issues such as skin problems, fatigue, muscle cramps, headache, increased heart rate, and even low pressure.

Luckily, there are measures to stay tuned in this season, and one very important is to stay hydrated by taking enough water.

Water is very important during this season because it regulates the body thereby keeping the skin moist.

You also need a lot of fruits. Fruits help to boost our immune system that helps fight against diseases especially in this season. Oranges, watermelon, Strawberries, Peaches, and Cucumber are good for the season because they have a high percentage of water contents amongst other fruits which helps to keep you hydrated.

Oil your skin

Your skin also needs to be moisturized with the right cream to avoid it looking dry.A moisturizing body cream is very vital in this season as it helps you to retain moisture in your skin after the weather must have dried out the excess.

You can mix your body cream with any essential oils. You can go natural with shea butter, Vaseline, etc.

Let the lips gloss

This helps to protect the lips from getting dry and breaking. Vaseline and shea butter are advisable to go about with.

Look fit with Jackets/ Blazers

While going out this season, it is necessary you go with a thick jacket and blazers for a cover-up to keep you from catching cold. You can pull them out when it is noon while the sun still shines.

Your head may need covering

Scarfs, Caps, or Hats serve as protection to your head from dust, especially for ladies.

Stockings and gloves may also come in handy. The legs need to be protected from dust with a stocking, while gloves keep the hands from drying up.

Look right with sunglasses

Sunglasses can serve three purposes – protect your eyes from the sun, shade off the dust from reaching your eyes, and increase your self-confidence.
