Most housemates in the Big Brother House met one another for the first time since they were selected from different walks of life. But the season 6 “Shine Ya Eye” edition, however, seems to be an exception. This is because one of the housemates, Micheal, told Jackie B, he knew Liquorose before they got into the house.
Micheal, who hails from the coal city of Enugu but has lived in the United States since the age of seven, only returned to Nigeria in 2019 to further his musical career. He relocated to Abuja to be with his mum, in pursuit of this dream.
While Jackie B, who was the first girl in the house to declare her love for Micheal, mentioned the ladies in the house who are also attracted to the talented upcoming musician, among whom is Liquorose, the current Head of the house.
In his response, he dismissed her insinuation, saying Liquorose couldn’t have wanted a relationship with him, because her ex-boyfriend, Manyou, is a very good friend of his.
Fans of the show will remember that Liquorose, had discussed her ex-boyfriend with some of the housemates before she told them that Manyou is a basketball player, and the best friend to Kiddwaya, who was a housemate in the season 5 edition of BBNaija and son of popular Benue Business magnate, Terry Waya.
Jackie B in her diary session today, claimed she put up Angel, who was her close friend for eviction, because she cannot be trusted, with one of her offences being her decision to flirt with her man, Micheal. She also accused her of taking her bag without her permission and showing no remorse when she accused her.
The relationship between the mother of one, Jackie B, and Micheal has been off and on and fans of the show are of the opinion they should quit the relationship for now, and get back together at the end of the show
