Lily James has conquered the small and big screens, but now she has added another string to her celebrity bow: beauty campaign star

Lily Chloe Ninette Thomson (born 5 April 1989), known professionally as Lily James, is an English actress and model. She studied acting at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London and began her acting career in the British television series Just William (2010).

Following her role in the period drama series Downton Abbey (2012–2015), her film breakthrough was the title role in Cinderella (2015).

The 33-year-old gave her acting skills a rest and instead let her stunning complexion do the talking while posing for a striking new ad campaign for Charlotte Tilbury – having been named as the first-ever face of the brand’s bestselling Magic Cream.

Lily appears in a video and photo campaign to promote the ‘innovative, award-winning, and best-selling’ moisturizer, which was created by Charlotte backstage at a runway show, and has since become a favorite of many supermodels and celebrities alike.

The actress is a longtime supporter of the British makeup artist, as Charlotte’s team has been responsible for prepping Lily for a number of recent red carpet appearances.

And she is honored to be the new face of Magic Cream, telling DailyMail.com exclusively that it gives her an ‘incredible extra glow’ that sparks more ‘confidence’ in her when she’s in front of cameras.

‘Charlotte and her team are the dream for getting me red carpet ready and that process always starts with Magic Cream,’ she dished.

‘Not only does it give day and night looks an incredible extra glow, but I feel a confidence that is as important in front of the cameras at Cannes as it is my own mirror at home.’

The Magic Cream was the first product that Charlotte ever created, and she said she is ‘thrilled’ to have the ‘gorgeous and talented’ Downtown Abbey alum as her new ‘beauty and skincare muse.’

‘Working backstage at fashion shows, photoshoots and on the red carpet, I needed an instant results moisturizer that would transform celebrities’ and supermodels’ skin and perfectly prep it for makeup,’ she said in a statement about the cream.

The ‘revolutionary, results-driven formula’ is infused with oils that will ‘flood your complexion with moisture and transform the appearance of tired, dull skin for a glowing, dewy, plumper-looking canvas,’ according to the brand.

‘In clinical studies, skin was 200 per cent firmer and 152 per cent more elastic in just eight weeks,’ it added.

‘I never do makeup without it,’ Charlotte insisted. ‘Your skin looks like magic and your makeup looks like magic.

‘It is clinically proven to boost hydration by three times in just one hour. It plumps, smooths, and adds glow to your skin – and it works instantly. You see the results every time you wear it, no matter what skin type.’

In the photos, Lily could be seen holding up the Magic Cream as she starred seductively into the camera.

She donned a stunning, sparkly, white, haltered gown and a pair of eye-popping diamond earrings.
