Mercy Aigbe’s revelation that Adekaz is her new hubby and the infidelity claim by her ex, Lanre Gentry, has raised issues concerning the paternity of their son

Mercy Aigbe’s disclosure that Adekaz is her new husband, has assumed a new dimension, as social media users are now questioning the paternity of her son, with some arguing he looks like her new lover.
It all began when the Nollywood actress took to social media to unveil famous movie marketer, Adekaz, as her new lover and later showered him with praises on his birthday.
Her ex-husband, Lanre Gentry later responded, saying Adekaz was his friend and argued that her disclosure confirmed his claim that she was not faithful while they were together. Adekaz’s ex-wife, Funso has since spoken about the saga too.

The comments from all the parties involved have triggered inquest into the paternity of Mercy Aigbe’s son on social media as a Twitter user, with account @emmaikumeh, placed the pictures of her ex-husband, her latest hubby, and her son side by side and tweeted:
“The resemblance between Mercy Aigbe’s son and her new husband is striking. She cannot even deny it.
“I hope her ex-husband does a paternity test. Things are happening. Every day, we see stories that reinforce the need to do DNA as a father. The street is military.”
Lanre Gentry, her ex-husband has however dispelled the innuendos and confirmed he is the father of their 11-year-old son, Olajuwon via his Instagram page.
He wrote: “What is life? I thank everyone for your comments and advice about my lovely son, Olajuwon Gentry.
“My son is my son 100%. I love him so much. There is nothing in this world that can separate me from my children.”
Mercy Aigbe and Lanre Gentry were married for 3 years and the union was blessed with two kids. They, however, separated in 2017 after she alleged that she suffered domestic violence in her marriage.
