Some Nigerian Ministers were at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport on Tuesday to supervise the process and screening of passengers coming into the country in order to prevent Coronavirus spread.
They include the Minister of Information, Lai Mohammed; Minister for Aviation, Hadi Sirika; Minister of State for Health, Olorunnimbe Mamora; and Minister for Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Sadiya Umar Farouk.
Mohammed while addressing journalists during the inspection tour assured that screening and adequate surveillance are ongoing at major entry points in the country to prevent the spread of the virus.
