For a new entrant in the entertainment industry, Korede Bello has been very lucky. What took some people many years to attain, Bello achieved them in a very short time. This could be attributed to the ‘opportunity meets preparedness’ factor, among other things. His creativity also worked for him.
Barely 24 hours after the release of ‘Somebody Great’, featuring the sensational Asa, his latest single has been trending on the social media and may go the way of ‘GodWin’.
While his fans are showering compliments on the Don Jazzy-produced track, Bello could not hide his excitement and he took to his Instagram page to show it.
He posted: “I vividly remember listening to Don Jazzy’s beat with some of my friends and they be like ‘Jazzy’s surely one of the greatest producers that Africa has produced’. I also remember buying Asa’s album when it came out, probably the first music CD I ever bought with my money.
“Listening to her message and her voice thinking to myself, I I’d love to work with someone as Great’. Now having both Asa and Don Jazzy on the same song makes me feel like I’m on the right path to becoming somebody great someday by God’s grace.”
