Kogi commissioner, Abdulmumin Danga, accused of beating, stripping woman

A rights activist, Sani Mohamned, has accused the   Commissioner for Water Resources in Kogi State, Abdulmumin Danga, of stripping and beating a lady over a Facebook post.

The lady, identified as Elizabeth, was said to have made a post on her Facebook page, advising the commissioner to take care of his family.

According to the activist in a  series of tweet, the commissioner came with his thugs who flogged her in the presence of her three-year-old son, and made a nude video of her apologizing which he threatened to upload on social media.

“She was flogged because of a post she made on Facebook advising the wicked commissioner to take care of his household. To every human right defender, I call on you to join me and seek for justice for Elizabeth,” he said in the tweet where he also reported the incident to the police handle @PoliceNG.
