Kanye West labelled ‘Essence’ as the best song in the history of music and his comment caused a great online buzz

Famous American rapper and fashion designer, Kanye West, recently sparked an online debate after praising Wizkid’s hit song ‘Essence’ on social media.
Kanye West took to his official Instagram page, to share a screenshot of the song Wizkid sang in collaboration with BET award winner, Tems.
The record producer, labelled the track the best song in the history of music and his comment caused a great online buzz.
He wrote, ” Best song in the history of music to date.”

After the now-viral Kanye’s post, the online community joined in on the conversation, as a number of Wizkid’s fans stormed the rapper’s comment section to agree with him and poured encomium on him.
A number of netizens, majority of whom are fans of other musicians perceived to be rivals of Wizkid, however, disagreed with him.
An Instagram user identified as filmcolors wrote, “Reasons The Grammys don’t matter. Legit the best song ever.”
Another netizen named, hadesmayjor said, “IF YE SAYS ITS THE BEST SONG ITS THE BEST SONG.”
@ only1_ednariches added, “Quarrel wan cha start now. Dis one go cause big issue now.”
kaybugar, who did not share the opinion said, “Wizkid FC no go let us rest this year be that .”
