Former National Chairman of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Nigeria’s Ambassador-at-Large, Dr. Bamanga Tukur has described the recent 2 bomb blast in Kaduna State which killed scores of innocent Nigerians going on their lawful and legitimate duties as “most barbaric and unholy”.

Dr. Tukur said that for the perpetrators to commit such heinous crime against humanity at this holy period of the Ramadan fasting is most unholy and barbaric.
He condemned this dastardly act in it’s entirely wondering why people should take delight in the killing of their fellow human beings without mercy.
The Elder-Statesman said that no right thinking person would like to take the lives of innocent people away against the preaching’s and doctrines of Christianity and Islamic injunctions.
He called on those behind these dangerous acts against humanity to have a re-think and return back to the path of religious and social rectitude.
Dr. Tukur said that the perpetrators of these acts are not thinking of the consequences of their actions against God and humanity, stressing that the damage they have done to human race are irreparable and condemnable.
He remarked that members of the Boko-Haram sect do not belong to any religious organization since every religion in the world clearly condemn murder of fellow human being in any form, shape or ramification.
Dr. Bamanga Tukur emphasized that the perpetrators of these crimes cannot go un-punished since their actions have set out the wrath and hand of Allah against them.
He further wondered how members of the Boko-Haram sect can claim to be Muslims when they are waging a big jihad war against Nigerians and Muslim faithful even those returning from the preaching of the words of Allah in the holy period of Ramadan fasting.
He said that no true Muslim will ever set out his hand to kill another human being without mercy when Islamic injunctions condemn such acts in it’s entirety.
The Ambassador-at-Large called on the Boko Haram sect to think twice on the catastrophic effects and impressions they are given to Nigeria’s international image as some of them who are Nigerians do not have any other country than Nigeria.
He urged Nigerians to rise to the security threat and danger posed to our existence as a people by the Boko Haram sect.
Dr. Tukur said that the latest Kaduna bomb blast has shown that the Boko Haram sect is not ready for dialogue or to change their dangerous acts against humanity.
He urged Nigerians to rise up to these challenges by the Boko Haram sect and assist the government in it’s efforts aimed at creating a congenial atmosphere for Nigerians to live in peace and harmony.
