Joslyn Dumas now a Relentless Talent

Ghanaian star Joselyn Dumas has signed with global agency, Restless Talent, which will take on management of her film and TV career.

The multiple award-winning actress started her career in 2008 with roles in Sparrow Productions’ A Perfect Picture and a Sting in a Tale, and on television as host of Viasat 1’s The One Show which she anchored for four years.

She became a household name in 2011 for her performance as Jennifer Adams in Sparrow’s 10-chapter movie series, Adam’s Apple. She has since appeared in a starring role in Leila Djansi’s movie, A Northern Affair, for which she won Best Supporting Actress at the 2013 Ghana Movie Awards and was nominated alongside some of Africa’s best actresses in the Best Actress category at the 2014 Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA), as well as in TV series such as Lekki Wives (Season 2 and 3).

 

Joselyn’s latest movie, Love Or Something Like That, also starring Africa’s finest actors, John Dumelo of Ghana and O.C Ukeje of Nigeria, was recently released in theatres and earned her a Best Actress Award at the 2014 Ghana Movie Awards and a Best Actress in a Drama nomination at the 2015 Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA).
