Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has bowed to pressure from her family and friends after announcing an end to all social media fights, including the recent face-off with self-acclaimed online activist, VeryDarkMan.
The thespian made this known on Thursday in a post she shared on her Instagram page.
While promising to cease all hostilities, the actress thanked her lover, Paulo, colleagues, fans and her family for their unwavering support.
She further emphasised her intention to ignore trolls and negativity, as she would be focusing on a more uplifting path.
She, however, promised that she is
still committed to speaking the truth despite adversity.

Speaking via her verified social media page, Iyabo Ojo wrote: “Queen Mother: Unshakable, Unstoppable, undefeatable! I will continue to lend my voice when necessary. No amount of deceit, manipulation, lies or trolling, even with a trillion trolls, can silence me.
“To Obim, my wonderful children, friends, families, loved ones, fans, well-wishers, colleagues and my management team, I have heard your advice and message, which have boosted my confidence and resilience.
“I am committed to speaking the truth despite adversity. Thanks for the love and support, both public and private.
“I will take your advice and ignore the negativity, but I will never stop speaking when necessary. It is all about peace and love for now.”
