Brentford striker and England international, Ivan Toney could face a lengthy ban from football if he is found guilty of charges brought against him by the English Football Association (FA).
The 27-year-old forward could spend as much as six months on the sideline following his appearance before a disciplinary panel for a string of betting offences he allegedly committed.
Ivan Toney, who is currently on the radar of a host of big Premier League clubs, was charged with breaking the Football Association’s betting rules 262 times between February 2017 and January 2021.

According to The Mirror, the Three Lions striker admitted to committing some of the charges brought against him when he appeared before the disciplinary panel on Tuesday, but he denied some.
He faces a ban of up to six months if the allegations against him are upheld by the panel investigating him.
Ivan Toney joined Premier League outfit, Brentford from Peterborough United in 2020 and has since then found the back of the net a total of 63 times in 111 appearances in all competitions.
He is currently third on the English league’s goals chart after scoring 20 league goals this season.
