The elite military force of Iran, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), has stated that it will pursue and kill the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu.
The IRGC issued the threat in a post published on its website, Sepah News, following rising tensions between Israel, the United States, and the Islamic Republic.
According to the force, it will continue to target Netanyahu, whom it describes as a “child-killing criminal”.
“If this child-killing criminal is alive, we will continue to pursue and kill him with full force,” the IRGC said.

Iran’s latest threat comes amid widespread social media rumours that Netanyahu had been assassinated over the weekend.
Responding to the claims, the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) and other Israeli authorities dismissed the speculation as false.
Reacting to the rumours in a statement, the office of the Israeli Prime Minister wrote: “This is fake news; the Prime Minister is fine.”
