Women members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) have started a three-day protest in the United Kingdom to press the release of its leader, Nnamdi Kanu.

A video on Twitter by @Emekannaoma was accompanied by a post: “IPOB women #FreeNnamdiKanu 3 days London mega rally. They are calling for the unconditional release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the leader of IPOB who was abducted in Kenya by the Nigerian government with the help of the Kenyan government, extraordinary renditioned to Nigeria against his will.”

The women carried placards, branded T-shirts with the Biafran Flag while asking that Nnamdi Kanu be freed.
