Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu, says he will complete projects carried over from the previous administration not minding financial challenges.
He gave the assurance when he met with contractors handling projects across the state at Government House, Umuahia.

“Government is a continuum and there is no plan to abandon any uncompleted project by the last administration,” he pledged.
Ikpeazu said he convened the meeting to review and appraise the extent of work done and stressed that the 31 road projects his administration started three months ago must be completed before new ones can take off.

“Contractors would be judged according to the quality of jobs they have done. Those who could not perform, may lose the patronage of the state.”
