A total of 26 housemates started the Big Brother Season 6 “Shine Ya Eye” edition but only 6 made it to the grand finale, which was eventually won by White Money.
The TV reality show was full of drama, intrigues and suspense and it made a lot of Nigerians stay glued to their TV sets for the 71 days it was on air.
A lot of people including TheNiche predicted that the race was between White Money and Liquorose , but nobody saw a very wide margin between the duo.
White Money became the winner but also doubled Liquorose’s votes in the process. While he got 47percent of the total votes, Liquorose got 22.99 percent.
Pere who was the 2nd runner up had 14.77 percent, while Cross, Angel and Emmanuel scored 6.44 percent, 5.37 percent and 3.43 percent respectively.
This implies it was not exactly the contest Nigerians were waiting for, as White Money almost won half of the votes , while 5 others shared 53 percent of the votes.
It was a landslide for the Enugu State born housemate, who did not only win the N90 million grand prize but dethroned Laycon, winner of BBNaija season 5 to become the reigning champion of BBNaija.
