Manchester City midfielder, Ilkay Gundogan, has branded the loan deal for Nigeria striker, Victor Osimhen by Turkish club, Galatasaray as “crazy”.
The German made the comment after news of Osimhen’s loan agreement with the Galatasaray was broken on social media by Italian journalist and transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano.
Following the decision of the Napoli striker to go to Turkey, Gundogan, who has Turkish roots, took to the comment section of the post shared by Romano and wrote, “wow… crazy”.

Osimhen, who is set to sign a one-year loan deal with Galatasaray, has earlier seen moves to English Premier League club, Chelsea and French outfit, Paris Saint-Germain hit the rocks.
It is understood that the loan deal with the Turkey club has a break clause in January, which will allow the Super Eagles forward to leave for another club if Galatasaray receive a fee.
Gundogan himself recently returned to EPL champions, Manchester City as a free agent this summer after only one year at La Liga club, Barcelona.
