Manchester City winger, Jack Grealish has eulogized Arsenal midfielder, Declan Rice after the Gunners’ 2-1 win over Real Madrid in the second leg of UEFA Champions League (UCL) quarter-final played at the Santiago Bernabeu on Wednesday night..

TheNiche had earlier reported that the North London club sealed their place in this season’s UCL semi-final after beating the La Liga giants, Real Madrid twice.

Goals from Arsenal wingers, Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli during the second leg ensured their team made it to the European competition’s last 4 stages.

During the encounter, however, Rice was everywhere on the pitch ensuring Real Madrid didn’t get a desired comeback after losing the first leg  3-0 last week at Emirates Stadium.

The 26-year-old also won the man of the match award for his brilliant display on the night.

Posting a picture of the Arsenal player while being interviewed on TV on his Instagram story, Grealish wrote: “What a player man.”

Interestingly, Grealish team Man City were eliminated from the Champions League this season at the hands of Real Madrid.

With the win, Mikel Arteta’s men  advanced to the Champions League semi-final stage with a 5-1 aggregate victory.

They will now face Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) who knocked out Aston Villa on Tuesday.
