English tactician, Graham Potter, has declared that he is now a better coach after his brief stint at Chelsea, following recent a move to West Ham United.
Potter was surprisingly named by Chelsea as replacement for Thomas Tuchel in September 2022, shortly after Todd Boehly became the chairman of the Stamford Bridge outfit.
That season, the Blues finished 12th in the table with 38 points, however, after 38 matches, Potter was sacked in April 2023 following an 11th defeat in 31 games.
Chelsea later appointed Mauricio Pochettino as their new head coach in July 2023.

Addressing the press, Potter who waited for almost two years before his appointment by West Ham said he believes that he has become a better person.
He said (via Chelsea Chronicles), “I think I’m a better person now for the experience (at Chelsea), a better coach for the experience and well rested.”
The Englishman replaced Julen Lopetegui, who was in charge at West Ham for just six months.
He was appointed to change the fortunes at West Ham, who are 14th in the Premier League table with 23 points in 20 matches.
His first game in charge will be against Aston Villa in the third round of the FA Cup on Friday.
