Gbenga Adeyinka to compere formal presentation of TheNiche on August 16

Grand Comedian of Nigeria, Gbenga Adeyinka 1st, will compere the formal presentation of Nigeria’s exclusive Sunday newspaper, TheNiche on Sunday, at Orchid Hall, Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island,

Gbenga Adeyinka

The multiple award-winning comedian, publisher and actor will coordinate the event under the distinguished chairmanship of chartered biologist and former President of the Nigerian Academy of Science, Professor Anya O. Anya (OFR). Lagos State Governor, Babatunde Fashola (SAN) will be the Chief Host.

Ever since he crept into the public psyche as a standup comedian in a dramatic way over a decade ago, University of Lagos English graduate, Gbenga Adeyinka, has perfected his art to become one of those beat in the business.

 

 

He has promised to bring the magic associated with his performances on stage, TV and at formal events to Eko Hotel for the presentation of TheNiche.

 

 

Highlight of the occasion will be a keynote address titled “A New Nigeria is Possible” which will be delivered by Minister of Information, Labaran Maku.

 

 

Distinguished guests already confirmed for the event include Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aminu Tambuwal; Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator Anyim Pius Anyim; Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu, and Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Emeka Ihedioha.

 

 

Others are Governors Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers State, Emmanuel Uduaghan (Delta), Godswill Akpabio (Akwa Ibom) and Theodore Orji (Abia).

 

 

Also expected are business leaders, and celebrities from the Nigerian music and film industries.
